1. Introduction

Welcome to Hypnagogia, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, consultations, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services

Our Services include spiritual advising, consultations, general energy readings, and related services. The Services provided by Hypnagogia, LLC are intended for personal enrichment and spiritual growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Hynpagogia, LLC cannot provide assistance with any health or fertility related matters. Hypnagogia, LLC does not guarantee any predictions of future events, does not offer finding of lost items, missing people, or mediumship. If you are in danger or in need of immediate help, please call 911.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Appointments and Payments

4.1 Appointments: Appointments for consultations can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. All appointments are subject to availability.

4.2 Payments: Payment for Services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for missed appointments.

4.4 In the event that you are not happy with your reading, or you feel that we just aren't connecting, please let the advisor know within the first 10 minutes of the consultation, to be eligible for a refund. Hypnagogia, LLC reserves the right to end sessions if for some reason the advisor is not the right match for the client. In this case, a refund will be provided. Hypnagogia, LLC reserves the right to end a session if a client is abusive or disrespectful, without a refund.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Any information shared during consultations will be kept confidential, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

6. Code of Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

Treat our advisors and staff with respect and courtesy.
Not engage in any behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or illegal.
Follow any guidelines or instructions provided during consultations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
